CHC40302 Certificate IV in Disability Work

How can Choice Training Solutions help you?

Our Training Manager and Trainer are both Registered Division 1 Nurses with extensive experience in the Health & Community Care industry. We understand the health industry and together we have developed educational packages designed to improve the knowledge and skills of your staff. Our ethos that training must enable staff to “look at the big picture” and “think outside the square” when working within the Aged Care Industry, sets us apart from our competitors.  Whilst training must have a theoretical component to achieve competence, each module focuses on practical “how to’s” that staff can implement in their day to day work.  Trainees will be encouraged to contribute their training by offering examples and scenarios that occur in their workplace. All of our Health and Community Services qualifications address the core values, culture and vision of each individual facility.
