OHS – Workplace Bullying and Harassment
This session will provide an overview of workplace bullying and harassment, including defining bullying and harassment (and identifying the distinctions between bullying and harassment), an overview of the legislative framework and guidelines, as well as practical measures to identify, prevent and manage incidents of bullying and harassment.
