OH&S Managers, Supervisors & Reps Update
This course aims to provide participants with up to date information to assist them in the role of Managers, Supervisors or previously trained OH&S Representatives. This course will cover the following key areas:
- The new OH&S Act, 2004 & its impact on organisations & the role of the OH&S Representatives.
- Application to the Codes of Practice & relevant Standards.
- Hazard identification & assessment in the workplace.
- Participation in the process of controlling hazards in the workplace.
- Incident investigations, Worker Support & WorkSafe reporting.
- Assisting management in improving workplace safety.
- The importance of consultation.
- The role of the inspectorate.
This course is delivered by accredited trainers that have extensive experience in the health & safety across a wide range of industries. Participants will receive a certificate of completion.
