A: Through observing, questioning and analysing your organizations skill shortages, Choice Training Solutions will be able to assess and accurately tailor a specific course to improve your company’s employee skill standards.
Q: What are the real benefits?
A: Well that’s really question you should be asking yourself & management staff. Q: Will I have my own Account Manager?
A: Yes, every client will be appointed an Account Manager for on going service and to ensure you receive the best training experience possible.
Q: Will we have the same trainer throughout the course?
A: Yes, Part of Choice Training Solutions service to you is that we will provide you with the one regular face, we believe this is important because your employees will start to build a trusting relationship with our trainers and we don’t want to disrupt training with a new trainer.
Q: How often is training?
A: Training occurs once every 3 to 4 weeks for 1 to 2 hour sessions per group, these training sessions occur in the workplace. Each trainee has up to 24 months to complete the course.
Q: What do we need to provide for training?
A: CTS will ask that each trainee’s attention is only on training for the duration of that session and nothing else as there is allot of information to get through. CTS will provide all training material and resources for training.
Q: Can we put training on hold for busy times of the year?
A: Yes, all you simply do is advise your friendly trainer when you would like to re-commence.
Q: What is the minimum amount of trainee’s CTS need to begin training?
A: CTS are happy to commence training for your organisation even if there are minimal trainees.
Q: How many people can be trained in a group per session?
A: This really depends on the loss of productivity whilst training is occurring and the number of trainees you have. Our trainers will work with you to determine the group size; the best training dynamics are usually group sizes from 3 to 6 per group as this keeps numbers down and will still receive a more personalised training experience for better training outcomes.
Q: I don’t like Government paper work!
A: CTS will appoint you an Account Manager from an Australian Apprenticeship Centre (AAC) to ensure you don’t have any headaches with receiving your training incentives or paperwork; actually they will even complete it for you. |
